Our Governance Approach
The Australian Cyber Network’s strategic priorities and initiatives are informed By Industry so that they deliver on the needs For Industry.
To enable this ACN will establish a formal committee structure with representatives of industry, as well as more informal and flexible forums with the wider ACN network.
Board
The ACN Board is comprised of industry leaders and experts and plays an advisory role in guiding the organisation in alignment with the mission, strategic pillars and long-term strategy. The board meets four times per year and has oversight of ACN’s strategy and operations.

Strategic Committee
ACN’s Strategic Committee is comprised of ACN Members and appointed industry representatives who oversee the progress of ACN sub committees, to support achievement of outcomes in alignment with the strategic pillars of Maturity, Advocacy, Insights and Outreach.
